Reversed Core Challenge Tutorial
Learn how to sense the activation of psoas and build true core stability with the Reversed Core Challenge. Prior to practicing this move, make sure you’ve practiced the regular Core Challenge so that you understand the fundamentals of this move. You can perform the Reversed Core Challenge on it's own, combine it with the Core Challenge, or add it to your favorite core workout.
