This 30-minute map is the second in our series for reducing low back pain. A beginner-level treatment, this video uses the Mini Soft Ball Foot Treatment, Basic Lower Body Compression Sequence, and Basic Upper Body Compression Sequence to hydrate your entire body from bottom to top. Perform this map in conjunction with Low Back Pain Map 1 2-3 times per week for best results.

Important: If your back pain is moderate to severe, skip this video for now and work with Low Back Pain Map 1 3-4 times per week for 2-3 weeks before adding this map.
