Full Foot Treatment
Learn how to use all four ball styles to rehydrate your feet, ankles, and lower body by performing position-point pressing, gliding, shearing, rinsing, and friction on your feet. This comprehensive treatment is ideal for anyone dealing with foot pain, bunions, hammer toes, shin splints, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or sciatica; as well as ankle, knee, hip or low back pain. If you’re an athlete or musician, perform this video as a pre-workout treatment to better prepare your body for athletic activity and boost your performance.
Important: Do NOT roll on the small soft or small firm balls. These balls should only be used to perform position-point pressing. If you experience pain or discomfort while working with the firm balls, work only with the large soft ball until your body is ready for more. If you are pregnant, only work with the large soft ball.
LEVEL: This is an intermediate treatment designed for experienced MELTers who have practiced the Mini Soft Ball and Soft Ball Treatments.
